Ocean Reef Club is an exclusive, 2,000 acre, member-owned private club-community. As the world’s most successful private club, it is enjoyed by the discerning, who prefer privacy, quality service and a refined atmosphere while pursuing recreation and relaxation.
For decades, private and exclusive have become synonymous with Ocean Reef Club, a secluded club-community on the northern tip of Key Largo. Over the years, the Club has hosted presidents and heads of state, movie stars and sports heroes, diplomats and many of the most successful business people in the United States.
The Club remains private today, with membership by invitation only, and visits by non-members limited to just two in a five-year period.
Located just 45 minutes south of Miami International Airport, the Ocean Reef Club is an exclusive, 2,000-acre resort destination and club community accessible by land, sea or air with a private airport that accomodates private jets and a full-service, 175-slip yacht marina.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The club features over 350 spacious guest rooms, suites and villas. The remaining 200 guest accommodations are one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury villas with breathtaking water and golf course views. There are also a selection of very exclusive private condo and villa rentals available ranging from one to seven bedrooms.
RECREATION
Onsite recreational facilities include two 18-hole championship golf courses, eight tennis courts, two croquet courts and lawn bowling. A luxurious 175-slip marina hosts some of the finest yachts in the world. Deep-sea, coral reef bottom and back country fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving trips, glass-bottom boat tours and sunset cruises are available through the marina. Guests also enjoy our Olympic-size and family pools, Jacuzzi, 10 acres of white sandy beach and salt water lagoon, full-service Spa and Salon, state-of-the-art fitness center and quaint fishing village offering an array of boutiques and eateries.

Private Homes
The major advantage of owning a private home is the level of privacy in comparison to a condominium complex. There are also fewer restrictions than with condos in terms of pets, interior design, building alterations, etc.
If you wish to choose a private home, you will have a wider range of locations to choose from.
We can recommend property management companies who can take away the burden of managing your property whilst you are not here. Many condos and projects also have some type of rental programs available to generate income either on a short or long-term basis.
Private Clubs
A Private Club is an exclusive community that is secure from the outside world and can include a wide range of luxury amenities and properties.
Private Clubs are located along Florida’s coastline and are particularly appealing to those who want to relax in the privacy of secure locations that are free from unwanted attention.
Many VIP clients seek qualities of privacy and exclusiveness, with the addition of first-class service and amenities. We have several options through private member-only clubs but, due to the nature of our business, we do not advertise these clubs. Please contact us for more information.

In Florida most clubs remain open all year round with increased services from around October until May.
Usually, private clubs are either owned by members, or by a developer or investment company. There is usually an initiation fee, along with either monthly or yearly dues. The fees can vary considerably, depending on the size, location, and exclusivity of the club.
Membership is often considered after invitation only and we will assist clients with this process.
Condominiums
A condominium (condo) is a single unit within a multi-storey building, which is almost always located on the coast. They are ideal for temporary residents who spend 3-6 months (typically winters) here.
Most of our clients who choose condos do so because they are often located in the city and give excellent access to the glamour of the city, whilst their views allow residents to relax away from the noise and heat and enjoy wide ocean views.
Each unit owner has exclusive rights to their unit, and a share of rights to common areas.
